A Study of H Reflex in Normal Healthy Koreans

Abstract

|
It is obvious that the determination of the standard values about H reflex in healthy Koreans as a diagnostic tool is important to further study of H reflex in Korea.
The present study has been undertaken to determine the normal range -of´ the latency of the H reflex and H/M ratio in healthy Koreans.
Twenty-nine healthy subjects (twenty-one male and eight female) were examined. Their age ranged from 10 to 60 in years.
The results obtained as follows:
1. In H reflex latency, mean value was 28.53±1.21(27.32-29.74)msec. 2. In H/M ratio,. mean value was 19.4±_9.2(10.2-28.6)%.
